We undertake to provide our wedding car(s) subject to the following terms and conditions. We aim to make these terms simple and easy to understand, but please let us know if you have any questions.
1) A deposit of £100/car is payable to secure the booking and can
be paid by bank transfer or debit/credit card.
2) For your protection
against email scams, we only accept card payments by phone or in person
and for this reason we do not provide online card payment facilities.
3) The balance becomes due 30 days prior to the wedding and can be
paid by bank transfer or personal debit card. There is an additional
charge of 3% for payments by corporate debit/credit cards to cover the fees
we are charged.
4) If your booking is made by our online booking
form, by phone, at a wedding fair or any other venue other than our office
you have the right to cancel at any time up to 14 calendar days from the
date of payment and request a full refund. For your protection, all
cancellations must be in writing by email or letter. After this 14-day
period, the deposit is no longer refundable and the following cancellation
charges apply:
4.1) 50% of the balance is payable for a cancellation
within 90 days of the wedding.
4.2) 100% of the balance is payable
for a cancellation within 60 days of the wedding.
We strongly advise
you to obtain insurance to cover any supplier cancellation charges should
you need to cancel or postpone the wedding.
5) Unless there are
exceptional circumstances booking dates are not transferrable and will be
deemed as cancelled if the car booked is no longer required. Please
see 4.1 and 4.2.
6) The service will be provided as detailed
on this booking confirmation. Please let us know of any changes to the itinerary
so the booking can be updated. Unless otherwise stated there are no specific
time restrictions and will try to be as flexible as possible, but should
the booking exceed 4 hours from the specified arrival/collection time we
reserve the right to charge £50 + VAT/hour or part thereof for any additional
time to cover our driver costs.
7) Adequate time will be allowed
for each journey, but we will not be held liable for delays beyond our control.
8) Our vehicles are very reliable and well maintained, but in the
unlikely event of a breakdown, or any event that prevents us from supplying
the vehicle booked, an alternative will be supplied, which may not be of
the same type or colour. If no suitable alternative is available a
full refund will be given.
9) If we are unable to complete any
part of the booking due to a breakdown, a partial refund will be given.
10) Any refunds will be limited to the total money paid and we
will not be held responsible or liable for any arising consequential losses.
11) At no time will our drivers or vehicles be put at risk.
Please notify us of any restrictions at the pickup or drop off locations
or if we need to drive on any narrow, unmade roads, fields, or through width
restrictions so we can ensure the car booked is suitable for your requirements.
12) Not all vehicles have seat belts. For safety and legal
reasons if you need to transport children under the age of 4 years old please
check the vehicle booked has seat belts fitted.
13) The client
is responsible for damage to the vehicle exterior and interior caused by
their own, the wedding party or their guest’s actions.
14) Although
we will take every care, no responsibility or liability will be accepted
for passenger's luggage or personal property.
